Job Description
As a Solution Engineer you are a consultant working closely with our customers to tailor our agentic platform to their needs. This includes connecting data sources, adding industry specific tools (eg. for predictive maintenance, marketing attribution, demand forecasting) to our agent’s toolbox, training and troubleshooting and working closely with our developers as an advocate of user requirements. You will help winning new customers (eg. by creating demos or attending conferences) and manage projects (eg. project planning, presenting results). As a bridge between our customers and developers, this is a high impact role and you will partner closely with the founder, benefitting from close mentoring and steep growth. The role contains up to 60% travel.
Qualification
- Working proficiency in German (our customer’s language) and English (our company language)
- Excellent master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics or computer science.
- Python scripting skill (as part of our assessment you will solve brain teasers in Google Colab notebooks without GenAI help)
- Familiarity with Data Science and Data Engineering concepts and libraries
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Good communicator and presenter who is keen to build trustful relationships with technical and business-minded customers
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude and collaboration skills
